In our very popular annual workshop, you will learn how to think and when. The result: better strategic decisions.

This unique ½ day program – designed specifically for legal professionals — will allow you to hone and refine your thinking skills.

Learn what these thinking skills are, along with effective techniques and strategies that will enable you to approach any problem with confidence – whether in the courtroom, office or boardroom. You’ll also learn how intuition arises from a straightforward process that can be sharpened and then applied to increase the effectiveness of your decisions. The result: better strategic decisions, more often, out of habit.

Join us live, online, for an engaging discussion with interactive exercises specifically tailored for legal professionals in all practice areas.

Lead by an expert in this field, topics covered include:

  • Practice and discuss intuitive processes and techniques to refine how you think
  • Learning to be more reflective about your own thought processes and decision making strategies
  • Identifying cognitive biases – both conscious and unconscious
  • Appreciate what is slow thinking?
  • How to hone and refine how you think critically
