We know that you are busy and can’t always commit to our live programs. So we have taken our live program and made it available on demand. Get access to the complete Spring 2020 Certificate, reformatted into six (6) easy to access online modules, with downloadable and searchable materials.

Learn at your own pace, and take advantage of live online sessions with faculty where you can get answers to pressing questions and connect with other professionals.

You will get a comprehensive grounding in all major areas of pension law and practice. Taught by acknowledged experts in the field, you will complete the program with the practical knowledge and skills you need in your day-to-day work. Fees include attendance and program materials.

Program Changes

We will make every effort to present the certificate program as advertised, but it may be necessary to change the dates, location, speakers or content with little or no notice. In the event of program cancellation, York University and Osgoode Hall Law School’s liability is limited to reimbursement of paid fees.

Cancellations and Substitutions

Substitution of registrants is permitted at any time. If you are unable to find a substitute, a full refund is available if a cancellation request is received in writing 21 days prior to the program date. If a cancellation request is made with less than 21 days notice, a $150 administration fee will apply. No other refund is available.
