COVID-19 has brought to the forefront a myriad of challenges faced by LTC and retirement homes.  This session will look at the very latest emergency regulations passed by the Ontario government along with guidelines issued by the Chief Medical Officer of Health in an effort to offer some guidance.  We will look at the areas of concern from all sides including resident, staff and management.  The discussion will include a review of some best practices to meet your duties during the COVID-19 pandemic.
