This intensive program provides an in-depth overview of U.S. securities law and is a must-attend program for Canadian securities professionals. Don’t rely on picking up U.S. regulatory requirements on a piecemeal “as-needed” basis! Get a comprehensive and up-to-date foundation in the key issues in U.S. securities law.

Leading U.S. and Canadian securities law experts will deliver practical information and explore key issues in American securities law. This is a rare opportunity to learn from top U.S. securities lawyers and have your questions answered by those who practice in this area every day, while also benefiting from Canadian practitioners’ perspectives on what is important for you to know. The program content is suitable for both experienced professionals looking to expand and refresh their knowledge, as well as newer practitioners building a critical foundation in this demanding regulatory environment.
