Personal injury cases often come down to a battle between competing experts, with counsel on each side trying to exclude or cast doubt on the other’s evidence while making the most of their own expert evidence. Learn the most effective approaches to selecting and preparing experts and adducing or countering expert evidence.

This new program canvasses key topics to give you the edge in conducting your cases, whether or not they ever actually go to trial.

  • Exclusion of Experts and the Potential Impact of White Burgess
  • Expert Evidence in New Simplified Rules Trials
  • Black Box Evidence in Motor Vehicle Cases: What It Is, How To Collect It and How To Use It
  • Fatality Claims and Economic Dependency Damages
  • Expert Evidence and Future Care Reports: Valuable Tool or Irritant?
  • Expert Evidence in Airbag Litigation
  • How To Use Experts In Threshold Defensible Cases
  • Experts and Causation
  • Expert Evidence In Medical Negligence Cases: How Not to Break the Bank
  • The Ethics of Working With Experts: How Close Is Too Close?
  • Rule 53 Obligations and Other Issues
