Failure to understand or keep current have serious and potentially costly ramifications

As an educator, administrator, Supervisory Officer, Board official, Trustee or lawyer, you need a clear understanding of the laws that govern the education system.

The education environment you work within is more demanding than ever. The Ontario school system and its governing legal framework continues to evolve as new challenges arise. Using case studies and real life examples, this OsgoodePD program has been developed by education law experts to provide you with an understanding of the most pertinent legal issues that confront educational leaders and their legal advisors. You will acquire knowledge and strategies which you can apply immediately. The program written materials will act as a valuable resource long after the course is over.

NOTE: Based on feedback we’ve moved this core program to the start of the school year and separated the 2 days making it easier to fit into your schedule.

This is a REQUIRED course for anyone working towards the Certificate in Education Law.
