As courts are grappling with court operations in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, many are (or will be) setting up alternative (remote) methods for Counsel to appear. Effective advocacy is a skill that requires continual refinement and shifting the format you are advocating in, places an additional level of complexity. In order to competently represent your client and advance their case, it is imperative you have the skills to represent and advocate for your client remotely. In this short webinar, you will focus on skills and best practices to ensure your success in this new reality.
