Although adjudication can be trying under the most favorable circumstances, the unique ethical issues that confront adjudicators, tribunal staff and administrative advocates can be especially taxing.
A Joint Presentation of SOAR and OsgoodePD.
Designed to help those involved in administrative adjudication, the 2016 SOAR and OsgoodePD webinar series, provides strategies on how to confidently and competently manage complex ethical challenges.
With an overview of key legal principles, guidelines, rules, statutes and regulations, each webinar features leading adjudicative and administrative law experts who will provide clarity on these often contentious issues.
Participating in one or more of these webinars will enhance your ability to contribute effectively to your organization, firm, agency, board or tribunal and successfully advance your clients’ case.
