As social distancing disrupts the resolution of legal disputes in person, tribunals, regulators and others are exploring ways to use digital platforms to provide essential dispute resolution services.
This short webinar focuses on the fundamentals of video-conferencing for adjudication and mediation, as a way to support our partners in the legal community.
Session leaders Pamela Chapman and Deborah Pressman are both experienced legal educators, and former adjudicators and mediators, with a special interest in digital teaching and learning, and the use of digital platforms for online dispute resolution (ODR). Join them to learn about evolving best practices – so that you (and your setting) can respond to the current crisis effectively, and perhaps develop skills that will support innovative dispute resolution strategies into the future.
