This seminar examines a current or specialized topic of interest to International Business Law students. The Fall 2019 offering of this course will focus on current issues in International Trade Law, focusing on the relationships among Canada, the United States, and China.

|Method of Evaluation||All courses in the International Business Law specialization will have at least one research & writing assignment worth up to 100% of the final grade, but may also include marks for participation, reflective journals, in-class presentations, take-home exams, etc. Some IBL courses may also include the option to write a Significant Research Paper (SRP) as the sole assessment for the course.|
