If your responsibilities include advising and making decisions on pension issues, it is critical that you are able to navigate this often complex and liability-laden area effectively. The Osgoode Certificate in Pension Law, now in its 9th year, is taught by acknowledged pension experts who will equip you with what you need.

Kendell Wilde, Legal Counsel, Babcock & Wilcox Power Generation Canada Corp.
“This entire program has been excellent! As a manager in accounting who primarily advises on plan administration, I will be able to use this information to better advise plan members”
