Legal practice has changed. In order to remain relevant and successful, lawyers, law firms and legal departments (of all sizes) must have a clear understanding of industry trends and how this has impacted legal practice and the role of lawyers.

In this OsgoodePD webinar, leading industry experts will give you practical tips and solutions you – and your practice – need in order to initiate and implement the change required to set yourself up for success now and in the future. Whether its understanding and organizing internal processes, staff training or implementing technology, specific topics include:

  • Impact of the changing landscape on lawyers’ approach to client management, files and client relationships
  • Barriers and opportunities for making necessary change
  • Trends in adoption and development of technology from sole practitioner to large law
  • Identifying required sills in a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous environment – how can you remain grounded yet agile?
  • Strategies for championing innovation and/or incorporating change into your practice – whether a new call or senior practitioner
  • Opportunities to embrace the change and thrive
