Two-way desk-top videoconferencing – Professional LLM only

OPD offers students outside the GTA an opportunity to take LLM courses via

videoconferencing!

Our cutting-edge video-conference technology uses two-way communication over the internet that allows you to interact with other students by participating in discussions, asking questions and even seeing electronic presentations as easily as if you were in our downtown Toronto classroom.

Using the required hardware and software and a good-quality internet connection, you may be able to participate from your home or office (where applicable). Please note, students will be required to attend minimum of two intensive classes in-person.

Within a distance 75 km of our location, OPD assumes that you will attend classes in person. If this is a concern for a course or for a particular class, please contact your Graduate Program Assistant and we will attempt to accommodate you based on availability.

Beyond a distance of 75km, you may choose to use OPD's videoconferencing option (where applicable). Our technicians will contact you and will help you make arrangements.

Should you decide that the videoconference option is the right choice for you, OPD will provide the required hardware and software at a cost in addition to the regular tuition fees.

This equipment is designed to be used with a computer meeting the minimum specifications; our technicians can help you assess whether your computer meets those requirements.
