Returned Cheques or refused credit charges automatically halt processing of the application, which will resume only upon receipt of a certified cheque or money order payable to York University in the amount of $200.00 to cover the University’s penalty and handling charges.

Transcripts

Applicants are required to provide TWO sets of OFFICIAL transcripts, from every postsecondary institution attended, where a grade was received for course(s) completed
. Such transcripts come directly from, and bear the seal of, the issuing institution. (If you have taken courses at York University, we will obtain transcripts on your behalf. Please provide your York student number with the application and ensure that you have no outstanding fees, as such status will block the release of your transcript.)

NOTE:
- photocopied or faxed transcripts are not acceptable
- if transcripts (or other supporting material) are in a foreign language, an official

  translation is required
- it is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure timely submission of transcripts
