TERESA KOWALISHIN is a Deputy Judge, Small Claims Court, Central East Region and former, in-house counsel for Toronto, Richmond Hill, Richmond, B.C. and Oshawa. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 1979 and to the British Columbia Bar in 2006. Teresa obtained her LL.M. (Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution) from Osgoode Hall Law School of York University in 2004, and was certified a Local Government Fellow of the International Municipal Lawyers Association (IMLA), Washington, D.C., in 2001 and 2006.
