MARTHA SIMMONS is a lawyer, currently conducting her doctoral research at Osgoode Hall. Her research focus is in ADR, and more specifically, in the area of Collaborative Family Law. Martha holds a LLM in ADR from Osgoode. She serves on the Board of Governors at Havergal College, an all girls school in Toronto, Ontario. She teaches negotiation at Osgoode Hall Law School, York University and is also a faculty member of the part time LLM program in ADR at Osgoode Professional Development.
