Reservation Method:

Reservations for Osgoode Professional Development can be made by contacting the hotel directly at 1.800.905.0667, or online. If reserving by phone, request the Osgoode Hall Law School rate. If reserving online, use the promotional code: UI9 (Uniform, Igloo, 9).

Check-In/Check-Out:

Hotel check-in time is posted at 3:00pm.  Anyone arriving prior to 3:00pm will be accommodated as rooms become available.  Our front reception staff will be happy to assist in the storing of luggage. Hotel checkout time is 12:00 noon.  Arrangements may be made for a late checkout.  There may be a nominal charge for this service.

Guarantee Policy:

Confirmed reservations will be held until 6:00pm on the day of arrival.  In order to hold the room for late arrival (after 6:00pm), individual, company, or travel agency must guarantee payment for the first night’s room rate plus applicable taxes.  This guarantee of payment may be made with a credit card.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event you need to cancel a confirmed reservation at the hotel, you must call the Toronto Marriott Downtown Eaton Centre at the toll-free reservations line 1.800.905.0667 prior to 6:00pm on the day of arrival.  This will avoid a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room rate and applicable taxes.

Parking at Atrium on Bay
The parking entrance is located on Edward St.

Exit Atrium on Bay onto Dundas Street. Osgoode Professional Development is located directly across the street from Atrium on Bay.

Parking at the Eaton Centre

Bay/Dundas Parking
Enter off Bay Street, south of Dundas Street.

To reach 1 Dundas Street West, exit the parking garage and walk into the Eaton Centre, go up to the street level, you should be outside of Sears, the indoor entrance to 1 Dundas is to the right of Sears.

Walking from the City Hall parking garage to 1 Dundas Street W. - Leave the garage from the “Seal” exit onto Bay Street, cross the road and walk down Albert Street. This will take you to the entrance to an entrance to the Eaton Centre. Once in the Eaton Centre, turn into Sears and walk through to the other side. The entrance to 1 Dundas Street West is on your left hand side.
