  • Canadian Common Law – Students are provided with one-on-one advising for how best to meet their NCA requirements – typically students can complete 7-8 NCA requirements during their degree. We can also offer options to students who have more 8 NCA requirements (for example, students from civil law jurisdictions or students who require two years of in-person study).This program has full-time and part-time options.

  • International Business Law – Gain competence in core international business law concepts and take electives from the Canadian Common Law program to meet your NCA requirements.
  • Single Course Enrollment – Complete your NCA requirements and gain Canadian graduate-level academic experience in a classroom setting with instruction from top faculty and practitioners.

Our recommendation

  • NCA Exam Prep Courses – Online, self-study preparation courses designed to help you succeed on NCA challenge exams. As of early 2017, our pass rate was over 85%. Candidates who successful complete at least one NCA exam after taking our prep course are added to an alumni network where they can share knowledge and experiences with other NCA candidates.
  • Canadian Common Law – Full-Time and Part-time options designed to help students meet their NCA requirements. Students have access to one-on-one advising (career and academic) , career development workshops and counselling.
