Mediations and Arbitrations at FSCO

Originally held on April 13, 2011, the archived conference is now available for purchase either as a video stream with downloadable link to materials; or on CD-Rom (audio archive with program materials).

Mediation and arbitration before the Financial Services Commission
of Ontario (FSCO) poses unique challenges, and the best – and most
cost-effective – practices have received a further twist with the enactment of the new Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule (SABS). Osgoode Professional Development’s Fall 2010 program on the new SABS was enthusiastically received. This program provides the next step and will give you “A to Z” guidance on the rules, procedures, techniques and critical judgment calls involved in achieving success on FSCO mediations, arbitrations and appeals.

A faculty of experienced plaintiffs’ and defence counsel, mediators and arbitrators combine their expertise to give you the most authoritative as well as up-to-date guidance available in this significant area of personal injury practice. Realistic fact situations will be used to take you through the challenges that anyone working in this area will face, and the emphasis will be on practical, “real-world” solutions.

You’ll also come away from the program with increased confidence and materials that will act as a valuable resource long after the program is over.

Register for both Mediations and Arbitrations at FSCO and Expert Evidence in Personal Injury Cases and save! See price page for details.
