We reserve the right to change program content, speakers and locations without notice. Program materials can be expected to arrive with in 2-3 weeks after purchase. Media/Video/Audio streams will be sent to you as soon as payment is received.
No refunds will be provided for video streams, audio streams and/or media streams. A full refund will be issued for items (ie. CD-Roms) returned within 30 days of purchase as long as it is returned in its original sealed packaging.
