On February 1, 2013, the Supreme Court of Canada handed down its decision in the landmark insolvency/pension case of Sun Indalex, LLC v. United Steelworkers, 2013 SCC 6.  The court reversed the decision of the Ontario Court of Appeal and ruled in favour of Sun Indalex.

Join an expert panel comprised of pension and insolvency law experts, including counsel involved in the case, who will explain the decision, its significance and the uncertainties it has created.  Topics will include:
