2011 Constitutional Cases

Osgoode Professional Development’s Constitutional Cases is the leading constitutional law conference in Canada. Now in its 15th successful year, it is the annual gathering of the “who’s who” of constitutional law in Canada.

This year's special edition of the conference marks the 30th anniversary since patriation of the Constitution in 1982.  This year's event will take place over two days, the first looking generally at Charter rights since 1982, with the second day focussed specifically on the criminal law and legal rights.  Participants will be able to register for one or both days.
