Property and Equalization

Every family law practitioner must deal with property and equalization issues on behalf of their clients.  Whether it relates to the family business, joint family ventures, gifts, business or pension valuations, or bankruptcy matters, understanding these areas are of critical importance.  As family law continually evolves, family law practitioners need to ensure they are up-to-date and knowledgeable on the latest court decisions as well as legislative and procedural changes to effectively represent their clients.
