Barreau du Québec

For programs taking place outside of Quebec, 40.5 credit hours are automatically recognized having been accredited by another Law Society subject to MCLE/MCPD. The member must submit this program to the Barreau du Québec.


40.5 credit hours can be reported towards CPD requirements.

Law Society of Alberta
This program meets the CPD requirements and can be submitted by members to the Law Society for CPD credit. 
Law Society of New Brunswick

40.5 credit hours can be reported towards MCPD requirements.

This program can be declared towards CLE activities in the Member's Annual Report.
Northwest Territories

40.5 credit hours can be reported towards CPD requirements.

This is an eligible program in the CLE/Insurance Premium Credits Program offered by the Law Society of Prince Edward Island.
New York CLE Board

48.5 credit hours in the Area of Professional Practice for transitional and non-transitional lawyers.

For webcast participants: Participants will need to record and submit to OPD, at the end of the program, a list of the unique codes that appear on screen during the program. Certificates will only be granted to those who have correctly and completely provided the codes to OPD.)

Newly admitted attorneys may not take non-traditional course formats such as

on-demand Web Programs or live Webcasts for CLE credit.
