Group Discounts for CLE Programs
OPD offers group rates for both on site and webcast formats. Please note these are only available when paying for members of the same organization, at the same time, and payment is made with one invoice.
Program Changes
We will make every effort to present the program as advertised, but it may be
necessary to change the date, location, speakers or content with little or no notice.
In the event of program cancellation, York University’s and Osgoode Hall Law School’s liability is limited to reimbursement of paid fees.
Cancellations and Substitutions
Substitutions of participants are permitted any time up to and including November 19. Substitutions are not permitted once the program has started. Cancellations received
in writing prior to November 8 will receive a full refund. No other refund is available.
Non-attendance at all or part of the program does not entitle a participant to a refund
or a credit.
*Note: All substitutions and cancellations are subject to a $150 administration fee.
