Ontario

LSUC Certified Specialist Program: 13.5 credit hours in the area of IP Law.

CPD hours (until December 31st, 2010): 0 credit hours can be declared towards CPD activities in the Member’s Annual Report.

Workshop: additional 3 credit hours.

 
Barreau du Québec

For programs taking place outside of Quebec, 13.5 hours are automatically recognized having been accredited by another Law Society subject to MCLE/MCPD. The member must submit this program to the Barreau du Québec.

Workshop: additional 3 credit hours.

 
BC CPD
13.5 credit hours can be reported towards CPD requirements (Credit will only be given for live webcast/real-time on-line viewing. Credit for viewing archived presentation will only be granted when program is viewed by two or more lawyers.  Please note:  this would require 2 registrations. Certificates will only be granted for those registered in the program.)
 
Law Society of Alberta
This program and workshop meet the CPD requirements and can be submitted by members to the Law Society for CPD credit. 
 
Law Society of New Brunswick
13.5 credit hours can be reported towards MCPD requirements. (Credit will only be given for live webcast/real-time on-line viewing. Manitoba
This program and workshop can be declared towards CLE activities in the Member's Annual Report.
 
Northwest Territories
13.5 credit hours can be reported towards CPD requirements.
 
PEI
This is an eligible program and workshop in the CLE/Insurance Premium Credits Program offered by the Law Society of Prince Edward Island.
 
 
New York CLE Board

13.5 credit hours in the Area of Professional Practice for transitional and

non-transitional lawyers. Workshop: additional 3 credit hours.

For webcast participants: Participants will need to record and submit to OPD, at the end of the program, a list of the unique codes that appear on screen during the program. Certificates will only be granted to those who have correctly and completely provided the codes to OPD.)

Newly admitted attorneys may not take non-traditional course formats such as

on-demand Web Programs or live Webcasts for CLE credit.
