Evidence Law for the Civil Litigator
 
Ontario

LSUC Certified Specialist Program: 6 credit hours (Day 1) and 6.5 credit hours (Day 2) in the area of Civil Litigation Law. CPD hours (until December 31st, 2010): 6 credit hours (Day 1) and 6.5credit hours (Day 2) can be declared towards CPD activities in the Member’s Annual Report.

Workshop: additional 3 credit hours.

 
Barreau du Québec

For programs taking place outside of Quebec, 6 credit hours (Day 1) and 6.5 credit hours (Day 2) are automatically recognized having been accredited by another Law Society subject to MCLE/MCPD. The member must submit this program to the Barreau du Québec.

Workshop: additional 3 credit hours.

 
BC CPD
6 credit hours (Day 1) and 6.5 credit hours (Day 2) can be reported towards CPD requirements. Workshop: additional 3 credit hours.
 
Law Society of Alberta
This program and workshop meet the CPD requirements and can be submitted by members to the Law Society for CPD credit. 
 
Law Society of New Brunswick
6 credit hours (Day 1) and 6.5 credit hours (Day 2) can be reported towards MCPD requirements. Workshop: additional 3 credit hours.
 
Manitoba
This program and workshop can be declared towards CLE activities in the Member's Annual Report.
 
Northwest Territories
6 credit hours (Day 1) and 6.5 credit hours (Day 2) can be reported towards CPD requirements. Workshop: additional 3 credit hours.
 
PEI
This is an eligible program and workshop in the CLE/Insurance Premium Credits Program offered by the Law Society of Prince Edward Island.
 
 
New York CLE Board

(Pending) credit hours in the Area of Professional Practice for transitional and

non-transitional lawyers. Workshop: additional 3.5 credit hours.

Newly admitted attorneys may not take non-traditional course formats such as  on-demand Web Programs or live Webcasts for CLE credit.
