This course will run twice a year, just before the January/February and August writing of the NCA exams. It is recommended that students take the course just before writing the exams.
The next course will take place in July 2011, specific dates and schedule to be announced, to prepare for the August 2011 NCA exam session. |

| For any student whose first language is not English and who has not completed a law degree in the English language, please note that English proficiency at a minimum of 95(iBT) or 7.0 on the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is required. Proof of language proficiency may be required to enroll in the course. |

The course director is Professor Richard Haigh.
Classes will be taught by academics, judges and practicing lawyers, all of whom are experienced instructors. |

| Students are expected to purchase the text(s) identified by the NCA for each of the Four Mandatory Canadian Exams and bring it to class. Students are also responsible for printing the articles and cases identified in the NCA syllabi for those four subjects. |

| Readings in the required texts will be assigned in advance of the start of classes, and it is highly recommended that students come to class prepared. |

| For those students who are unable to attend face-to-face teaching in Toronto, classes will be offered via live webcast. |

| All classes will be held at Osgoode Professional Development’s downtown Toronto teaching facility at
1 Dundas St. West. This location is easily accessible by car and public transportation. If you cannot attend in person, distance learning is available. |
